Non-Point Engineering Assistance Program
As a member of the Association of Metropolitan Soil and Water Conservation Districts, ACD has access to funds to hire engineers to design projects. Engineer designs frequently cost $5000 - $8000 so only applicants that are committed to installing a conservation practice, such as a streambank stabilization, should apply. Funds are sought competitively with six other counties and are generally first come, first serve.
