Wetland Specialist
Becky joined the District in 1995 as a Conservation Tech and eventually became the District’s Wetland Specialist. In 2008, she left to raise her family and worked in the private sector and returned to the ACD as of July, 2015. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota. As a certified Professional Wetland Delineator, Becky’s role at the District is to provide technical assistance and Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) regulatory assistance to county residents, private consultants and local government units implementing WCA.
