Dennis Rodacker -
Wetland Specialist
Dennis Rodacker joined the District in January of 2005. Dennis has been a Soil Scientist with the USDA-NRCS, and a private environmental consulting firm specializing in wetland related issues. Dennis provides wetland technical and Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) regulatory assistance to county residents, private consultants and local government units implementing the WCA. He also provides technical assistance for wildlife habitat improvements and conducts environmental reviews for new developments.
