Staff Biographies
Shawn Tracy
Shawn is a Landscape Restoration Specialist with the Metro
Conservation Districts (MCD) hosted at the Anoka Conservation
District office. The MCD provides technical assistance to
the 11-County Metropolitan Soil and Water Conservation Districts
in the form of site assessment, project design, educational
presentations and project oversight. In this capacity, Shawn
works with a variety of urban conservation practices that
manage our area's natural resources, all aimed toward the
restoration of watersheds and their habitats. He works primarily
in the areas of stormwater best management practices, low-impact
design and lakeshore and streambank restoration.
