GREEN ASH
(Fraxinus pennsylvanica)
Green ash is a moderately fast growing tree that is long lived and provides yellow fall color. A mature tree can reach a height of 60', is moderately shade tolerant and tolerant of drought. Green ash will grow in a variety of soils but prefers coarse sands and loams. It is a very adaptable tree.
