Water Resources Specialist
Breanna joined the district in September 2021 as a District Technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in environmental studies with emphases in ecosystem studies and wetland ecology from Bemidji State University. Breanna provides support for a variety of ACD projects and programs, working closely with the district’s Water Resource Specialists to protect and improve water quality throughout the county.
